1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Enhance Clinic Rooms website and the services we provide. By accessing our website or booking a treatment with us you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before using our services.

2. Services

Enhance Clinic Rooms provides beauty, aesthetics and wellness treatments at The Taff Vale Wellness Centre, Pontypridd.

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue any treatment or service at any time
  • Refuse treatment where it is not considered appropriate or safe
  • Update our treatment menu and pricing without prior notice

All treatments are subject to a consultation prior to commencement. We reserve the right to decline treatment following consultation if we believe it is not suitable or safe for the client.

3. Bookings & Appointments

Making a Booking

Bookings can be made via:

A booking is only confirmed once you have received a confirmation from us by email or message.

Deposits

A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. This will be advised at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable unless we cancel your appointment.

Arriving For Your Appointment

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a reduced treatment time or the appointment being rescheduled. We reserve the right to charge a late arrival fee at our discretion.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that sometimes plans change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • More than 48 hours notice — Full refund or free rescheduling
  • 24 to 48 hours notice — 50% charge or deposit forfeited
  • Less than 24 hours notice — Full treatment charge applies
  • No show — Full treatment charge applies

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your appointment in exceptional circumstances. Where we cancel we will offer a full refund or alternative appointment at your convenience.

5. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are displayed on our website and treatment menu
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice
  • All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable
  • Payment is due at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed
  • We accept payment by cash, card and bank transfer

We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors on our website or promotional materials.

6. Gift Vouchers

  • Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase
  • Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash
  • Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced
  • Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion unless stated

7. Health & Medical Conditions

It is your responsibility to inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, medications or contraindications prior to your treatment. Failure to disclose relevant health information may affect your treatment results or safety and Enhance Clinic Rooms cannot be held liable in such circumstances.

Some treatments may not be suitable if you are:

  • Pregnant or breastfeeding
  • Taking certain medications
  • Suffering from certain skin conditions or medical conditions
  • Under 18 years of age

A patch test may be required prior to certain treatments. We will advise you of this at the time of booking.

8. Age Restrictions

All clients must be aged 18 or over to receive treatments at Enhance Clinic Rooms unless a parent or legal guardian provides written consent and is present during the treatment. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time.

9. Results & Aftercare

Treatment results may vary from person to person. We do not guarantee specific results from any treatment. Our therapists will provide full aftercare advice following your treatment. Failure to follow aftercare instructions may affect results and Enhance Clinic Rooms cannot be held liable in such circumstances.

10. Liability

Enhance Clinic Rooms will not be liable for:

  • Any adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed medical conditions or allergies
  • Any loss or damage to personal belongings whilst on our premises
  • Any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our services
  • Any third party services or products recommended by us

Nothing in these terms excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for any matter which cannot be excluded by law.

11. Complaints

We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days and aim to resolve it within 28 days.
